Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly manufacturing staff, ensuring safe operations and quality adherence while meeting production schedules. The role reports to a Production Manager II or Area Manager and may involve hazardous waste handling.

The successful candidate will drive efficiency, coach employees, and uphold housekeeping and safety standards in a high-stakes aerospace manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two to five years' experience in related production operations with good ability to facilitate team problem solving and communicate both orally and in writing.
• Proven ability to supervise hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations to meet production schedules and supervisor guidance.
• Ensure safe manufacture of products and enforce safety policy.
• Maintain adherence to process controls and quality instructions.
