Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering through the co-op period.
• Must have earned a minimum of 30 credit hours by the start of the co-op session.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday–Friday co-op session running June through mid-December.
• Improve operator productivity through manufacturing process improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop countermeasures for equipment and products.
• Design tooling to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Supports Lean/Six Sigma initiatives including 5S, Waste Reduction, and Flow Improvements.
• Analyze manufacturing processes for cost reduction opportunities.
• Plan and design layouts for manufacturing processes and equipment.
