Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) in Euclid, Ohio, is seeking a Quality Engineer to help develop and improve investment casting processes and tooling for aerospace components.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering Discipline or 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems and quality tools.
• CQA or CQ Engineer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and advance CPP quality systems, procedures, and practices.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and other external specs to support the Quality System and production of castings.
• Routinely audit production lots for adherence to established techniques and repeatability of results.
• Coordinate with engineering for qualification documentation and data submittal packages.
• Support AS9100, Nadcap, and customer audits and drive corrective action closure.
