• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aerospace or related).
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with SolidWorks or Creo.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from concept through production launch, ensuring milestones and budget adherence.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for forgings, machining, heat treat, and secondary processing.
• Own NPI activities including planning, tooling, process development, and production readiness.
• Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, engineering, quality, and operations during development.
• Support feasibility Reviews by evaluating methods, cycle times, materials, tooling and risks.
