Job summary

Polamer Precision Inc. is seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer (1st shift) with 5–7 years of experience. Proficiency in NX, Unigraphics, SolidWorks, and Mastercam is required.

The role focuses on process optimization, tooling design, and lean manufacturing to support global aerospace engine components. Responsibilities include documenting processes, creating travelers and work instructions, and driving improvements to reduce cycle times while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
• Excellent communication: verbal, written, presentation.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and document manufacturing processes by identifying opportunities and applying lean methods.
• Evaluate new and existing processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing and process instructions for complex parts.
• Design tooling, fixtures and jigs to improve manufacturing.
