Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid, a leading investment casting foundry specializing in aerospace components, is seeking a Manufacturing Area Manager to lead daily safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives in a highly technical environment.

You will manage staffing, production scheduling, equipment maintenance, and Lean improvements while developing employees and ensuring adherence to safety policies and standardized work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily safety, quality, productivity, cost and team-building requirements.
• Lead standard work, production scheduling, and staffing in area.
• Drive problem solving and lean improvements across processes.
