Responsibilities include planning layouts, defining operation sequences, and applying CAD/PLM tools to maintain alignment with engineering. A Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years is required; salary range $84,000–$156,000, with comprehensive benefits and security clearances potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 4+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years without degree.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 3P, VSM) and process improvements.
• Ability to develop tooling requirements and support welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage lean manufacturing projects and develop strategic manufacturing plans.
• Determine tooling requirements, machine loading, setups and handling instructions.
• Develop and implement manufacturing/process improvements.
• Support welding process development and tooling.
• Assist with change management and align engineering and manufacturing configurations.
• Occasional travel may be required and ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.
