Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in fastener, metal forming, machining, or high-volume precision manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace fasteners from raw material through finished product.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality across functions.
• Provide engineering support for heading, thread rolling, grinding, machining, heat treatment and related secondary operations.
• Evaluate existing processes to improve throughput, quality, productivity and cost.
• Analyze scrap, downtime and cycle time to identify and implement improvements.
• Support cost estimation for new or existing products.
• Assist in audits and maintain compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP.
