• Support daily manufacturing operation, MRB dispositions, and router changes/updates
• Improve quality and productivity mindset

• Experience in high-mix and high-volume operations
• Strong process management and follow-up
• Understand aerospace manufacturing processes
• Set up and update manufacturing routers
• Follow EHS policies and report incidents
• Support Engineering projects to meet dept. goals
