Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED with 2 years in aviation focusing on mechanical/structural components.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with inspection plans and drawing coordination.
• Ability to perform inspections in production environment.
• FAA licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical inspections in the production process of the aircraft.
• Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections.
• Document inspections in FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP and relevant IT systems.
• Support troubleshooting and participate in Quality Survey requests.
• Maintain NCMS-based quality discrepancy sheets for MRB evaluations.
• Track and maintain components during Non-Conformances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
