Enjet Aero, LLC in Sullivan, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general cleaning and maintenance of shop machines and facilities. You will disassemble and service CNC coolant and chip systems, follow TPM schedules, and learn our CMMS to keep equipment in top condition.

The role requires the ability to work independently or in a team, handle hydraulic/pneumatic systems, forklift operation, and safe handling of chemicals.

Formación

• Communicate appropriately with other employees and build rapport with machine operators.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understands hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of low voltage and single-phase electric; three-phase is a plus.
• Plumbing including sweating pipes and fabricating copper fittings.
• Welding is not required but a plus.
• Experience with forklift and driving small machines.
• Works safely and follows all plant policies and procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk, stand, move around equipment, bend, kneel, squat, reach and stretch.
• Uses hands, wrists, arms, shoulders and back.
• 5 years of related work experience a plus

Responsabilidades

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance on shop machines, facility grounds, and building.
• Disassemble CNC coolant and chip conveyer systems for routine maintenance.
• Follow TPM schedules for CNC machines (oil levels, filters, wipe downs).
• Learn and use CMMS software to service and inspect equipment.
• Lubricate and maintain equipment per manufacturer schedules.
• Mix cleaning chemicals and label them per OSHA/EPA standards.
• Identify and report safety and maintenance issues to the manager.
• Safely operate equipment like fork trucks, hand trucks, lifts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose CNC machines as needed.
• Assist maintenance and janitorial staff and shop workers as necessary.
