Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Lead to perform essential maintenance on the facility’s CNC equipment in Morton, IL. This role is on-site for a 1st shift with overtime opportunities and requires a strong background in industrial mechanics and CNC controls.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment failures, performing routine inspections, and using machine drawings and specifications to guide repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Use and care for related test equipment.
• Install, service and maintain the operating condition of all CNC machines.
• Determine the reasons for equipment failure.
• Perform inspections to determine repair and maintenance needs of plant machinery and equipment.
• Interpret manufacturers’ drawings and specifications to assist with repairs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate deep control knowledge in Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, and Okuma systems.
