Job summary

Heico is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to uphold reliability of CNC and production equipment in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include reading manuals, inspecting equipment, installing and starting new machinery, and supporting facility maintenance with basic trades

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5-8 years of hands-on maintenance experience required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, production machinery, tooling, heat treat systems, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control-system issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and prioritize repairs based on safety and production needs.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation to troubleshoot issues and identify replacement parts.
• Perform equipment inspections, safety checks, and maintain maintenance logs and records.
