Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Decatur, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform advanced CNC maintenance to support production goals. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize machine tool systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure maximum equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on experience with CNCs (EDM, wire saw, laser engraving, robot loaders, Mazak, Gardner, GF+, Chevalier, Takamaz) and strong electrical/mechanical skills. On-call rotation and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ Years Machine Tool Maintenance background.
• Familiarity with rebuilds utilizing Gib and Way Scraping and Turcite installation.
• Mechanical aptitude with ball screws, worm gears, transmissions, etc.
• Electrical aptitude and knowledge of safety circuits, timers, HMIs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work on equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs.
• Self-diagnose highly technical Machine Tool problems and lead repairs.
• Program PLC ladder logic and keeper bits to diagnose and repair Fanuc and Mazatrol machinery.
• Lead facility capital projects and comprehensive FMEA to improve manufacturing processes.
• Be part of after-hours on-call rotation for maintenance coverage.
