Thermal Structures Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment in an aerospace and industrial manufacturing environment. This contract-to-hire role supports equipment reliability and compliance with OSHA standards.

The position covers CNC machines, assembly and welding equipment, hydraulic presses, and facility systems. You will troubleshoot, document activities, and support installation, setup, relocation, and commissioning of

Formación

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical or trade-school training in industrial maintenance preferred.
3–7 years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, assembly equipment, welding equipment, hydraulic presses and other production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Document maintenance activities and perform routine inspections accurately.
Support installation, setup, relocation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, air compressors, and utilities.
Follow LOTO, safety procedures, and maintenance work instructions.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
Assist with spare parts management and inventory control.
Inspect safety equipment regularly (fire extinguishers, hoses, eye-wash etc.).
