Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering, maintenance, or project management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for the maintenance team.
• Improve equipment reliability and OEE through collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, PM schedules, procedures, and maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Develop and present data, recommendations, and improvement plans.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
• Monitor KPIs related to equipment reliability, uptime and maintenance effectiveness.
• Ensure projects meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and safety/quality best practices.
• Champion safety culture, housekeeping, and adherence to plant procedures.
