Job summary

The role requires performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, testing and repairing machines, and assisting with equipment improvements. Lifting 50 lb, overtime, and 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lb on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary
• 1 to 5 years' experience preferred
• Basic electrical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.).
• Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
