RTX (Raytheon) on-site in North Berwick, ME is hiring for a Weekend Shift Nights role (Fri-Sun, 6:00pm-6:30am). The position trains individuals with limited machining experience to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney, including a 3-week training and 4–8 weeks on-the-job training.

The role involves operating NC milling and grinding machines and mastering gauges and inspection tools. Salary ranges from $17.13 to $30.10 per hour, with paid overtime and an extensive benefits package.
