Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Asheville, NC is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a variety of production machines in a designated unit. You will read work instructions, set up equipment, and work with engineers and QA to ensure parts meet specifications.

The role requires HS Diploma/GED and flexibility to work shifts (1st–3rd or weekend shifts). Training may occur on non-preferred shifts; abundant on-site benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work varying shifts.
• Ability to read and interpret operation sheets.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions.
• Set up and operate production equipment and measuring devices.
• Maintain machines and perform TPM.
