Job summary

Borg Design Inc. in Hudson, MA is seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage the accurate, compliant movement of materials and finished products in a precision aerospace manufacturing setting.

The role requires coordinating shipping, receiving, and documentation with Quality, Production, Purchasing, and carriers to ensure traceability, inspections, and export controls are met. On-site position with ITAR considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience with AS9100 quality-system requirements in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, quality clauses, shipping instructions, and delivery commitments before shipment.
• Confirm release for shipment and complete required inspections and documentation.
• Prepare outbound shipment packs: packing lists, Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate FAI documentation with Quality to ensure release before shipment.
• Coordinate National and international carrier logistics and tracking.
• Maintain accurate ERP/shipping records and ensure documentation accuracy.
