Job summary

Borg Design, Inc. in Hudson, MA seeks an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage compliant movement of materials and finished products in a precision manufacturing facility.

You will coordinate daily shipping and receiving, carrier logistics, inspection/traceability records, and ERP documentation to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to AS9100, ITAR, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in shipping, receiving, logistics in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 related to shipping/receiving and product release.
• Experience with FAI documentation and traceability requirements.
• Familiarity with Government Source Inspection (GSI) processes.
• Ability to prepare accurate shipment documentation and complete packaging.
• Experience with ERP and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Strong attention to detail and document-control discipline.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, quality clauses, and shipping requirements before shipment.
• Ensure release when inspections/approvals and documentation are complete.
• Prepare outbound shipment packs including packing lists and Certificates of Conformance.
• Coordinate FAI documentation with Quality and release status.
• Schedule and track carrier pickups; manage deliveries and claims.
• Maintain accurate ERP/shipping records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external processors on shipments.
• Ensure ITAR/export controls and customer-specific requirements are followed.
