Eaton is seeking a Lead Engineer for the Glenolden, PA facility to guide product design, analysis, and validation from VOC through to full-rate production. You will lead a cross-disciplinary IPT, coordinate with global teams, and ensure program milestones, cost control, and engineering discipline.

The role focuses on sensing product lines for aerospace applications, including oil debris monitoring, pressure transducers, and fluid level sensors, with strong emphasis on technical customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, testing, operations or aerospace industry
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.)
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of the work location will be considered

Responsabilidades

• Lead an IPT of mechanical, electrical, software, system, test, and other engineers to develop or upgrade actuator products for aerospace applications.
• Plan design, analysis and verification activities for new product developments.
• Drive engineering discipline to meet on-time delivery and Eaton standards.
• Manage requirements using DOORS and coordinate cross-site activities.
