Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum five years in Mechanical and Project Engineering for product design.
• ITAR compliance and U.S. work eligibility; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design and guidance for new product development.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement product designs.
• Create engineering drawings and design reviews following standards.
• Coordinate with IPTs to manage schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Mentor engineers and drive standardization across projects.
