Qualifications

• 10+ years minimum of customer-facing work experience.
• Demonstrated success leading a team.
• Strong Aerospace industry and program knowledge.
• Articulate and professional with an enthusiastic attitude and focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and daily interactions.
• Act as liaison between customer and internal departments.
• Engage with all contact levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand market and customer trends.
• Manage performance measurements and scorecards.
• Pursue supplier awards and coordinate internally.
• Lead a team of program managers and marketing support.
• Maintain knowledge of Exotic's product lines.
• Assist with proposal creation and project management tasks.
• Understand contract terms across departments to ensure compliance.
