Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Customer/solution ownership and drive for excellence.
• Team focused with knowledge sharing.
• Written and verbal communication with end users.
• Translate user and business needs into technical solutions.
• Basic IT standards: computers, printers, network tech, drivers, software troubleshooting, VPN, RSA, VTC and peripherals.
• Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standard hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide computer, hardware, and software support to employees.
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair desktop/laptop computers and network equipment.
• Investigate needs and recommend software and hardware purchases to meet those needs.

Education

Associate's Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
