Job summary

Beaver Aerospace & Defense, a Héroux-Devtek company, is seeking an Inventory Clerk in Livonia, MI to maintain accurate, traceable inventory for production. You will receive, stock, kit parts to work orders, perform cycle counts, and keep ERP records updated to support on-time assembly.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years’ inventory experience, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial setting with safety and ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, stockroom, warehouse or receiving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming material against PO and packing slips; verify certificates of conformance and traceability.
• Stock, label, and organize material; maintain FIFO and shelf-life control.
• Kit parts to work orders and deliver kits to assembly.
• Perform ERP transactions to issue material and close out work orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate shortages or delivery issues.
