Job summary

Beaver Aerospace & Defense, a Héroux-Devtek company, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate, traceable inventory that keeps production supplied. This role receives and stocks material, kits parts to work orders, performs daily cycle counts, and keeps ERP records accurate so assembly can run on schedule.

The work is in an industrial setting with safety policies and ITAR compliance. Main responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, stocking, labeling, and organizing material;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or receiving experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and inventory databases.
• ERP system experience is a plus; AS9100/ aerospace experience a plus.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming material against POs and packing slips.
• Stock, label, and organize material; maintain FIFO and shelf-life control.
• Kit parts to work orders and deliver to assembly.
• Complete ERP transactions to issue material and close work orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, track POs, and resolve shortages.
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile counts to system records.
