Job summary

Héroux-Devtek’s Strongsville facility, a leader in aerospace components, focuses on final assembly and precision inventory management for commercial and military programs. The Inventory Clerk will pull kits, process shipments, and maintain tight stock control within a high-standard environment.

You will work in a team-driven setting, supporting ERP transactions, cycle counts, and traceability in compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using tow motors, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and packaging materials.
• Proven track record of working with others to reach a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Perform and validate inventory transactions and processing of customer shipments in ERP system: Baan.
• Pull assembly kits and complete required documents.
• Assist with annual inventory count.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness for stock & inventory area.
• Act as Material Handler back-up for production order splits/order issues, including the following processes: Receive and maintain shelf-life control log as needed.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts for stores, WIP and raw material.
• Document & maintain traceability in accordance with all quality standards, such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
