Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory files, expediting counts, conducting customer-required inventories, and collaborating with management on training and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; minimum one year related experience.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory management, and barcode equipment.
• Aviation or aviation-related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Excel/Spreadsheet programs preferred.
• Knowledge of online Warehouse Management Systems; Boeing WMS and Shipping Systems preferred.
• Forklift operations.
• Material counting machine operations.
• Hazardous materials handling training per IATA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all open and closed inventory files and schedules.
• Track and expedite warehouse inventories.
• Initiate, schedule, and conduct all customer-required inventories.
• Assist in clearing inventory anomalies and submitting required reports promptly.
• Must be highly organized and detail orientated.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising periodic physical inventories.
• Delegate tasks and assignments for personnel.
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Collaborate with management to implement training.
• All other duties as assigned.
