Qualifications

• High school or vocational diploma required.
• 5+ years experience in material management or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes.
• Hands-on experience with calipers, XRF, and CMM.
• Strong written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Support shipping, receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure ERP and physical inventory locations align accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and storage optimization.
• Execute cycle counting between physical inventory and ERP.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Production on counts and locations.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Provide materials to production daily per plan; assist with kitting.
• Perform mechanical inspection and verification using calipers, XRF, and CMM.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as required.
