Job summary

V2X Indianapolis seeks a Senior Interconnect Engineer to design, validate, and sustain electrical interconnect systems for military/civil platforms. You will develop complete TDPs, ensure AS50881/IPC/WHMA-A-620 compliance, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.

The role requires 5+ years in interconnect or wiring design, DoD clearance eligibility, and strong documentation skills using CREO and Windchill. Travel is limited to support program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate interconnects for military/civil platforms meeting AS50881 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
• Create and release complete TDPs using CREO Schematics/Parametric; ensure traceability and configuration control.
• Develop interconnect documentation to ASME Y14.100, Y14.24, Y14.5 standards; MIL-STD-31000 alignment.
• Coordinate with systems, electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for fit, function, and performance.
• Support system build, validation, and depot maintenance with technical leadership.
