Job summary

Quantam Solutions seeks an Integrated Planner to develop, maintain, and coordinate integrated project, maintenance, operations, and mission schedules across Kennedy Space Center and related sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Project, critical path scheduling, resource planning/loading, and work management systems such as Maximo. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and leadership to meet milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant planning, scheduling, project controls, maintenance planning, or operations planning experience.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Experience with resource loading and leveling.
• Predecessor/successor logic and schedule dependencies.
• Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS/WOIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated schedules across KSC, CCSFS, and related locations.
• Forecast labor, materials, equipment, and resources for scheduled work.
• Create project baseline schedules and detailed workflows using critical path methods.
• Build schedules in Microsoft Project with resource loading and activity relationships.
• Monitor schedule performance, risks, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, project management, and leadership.
• Provide regular schedule updates to customers and stakeholders.
