Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Integrated Planner to develop and maintain the KPLSS Integrated Schedule across Kennedy Space Center, CCSFS, and related sites. You will integrate projects and maintenance plans, forecast resources, and manage critical-path work while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience, strong MS Project/Maximo skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3 years of experience.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Skilled in resource loading/leveling and logic linking in scheduling tools.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera and Maximo is preferred.
• Ability to pass security clearance and obtain US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Forecast resources to support maintenance, mission operations and projects.
• Develop, maintain and present the Integrated Schedule across Kennedy Space Center and other sites.
• Determine resource availability, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
• Create baseline plans and critical path schedules using MS Project.
• Monitor progress, analyze variances and report status to stakeholders.
