Pratt & Whitney in Middletown, CT invites new college hires to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP). The program offers multi-year rotations designed to accelerate technical capability, connect participants with a network of engineers, and expose them to CIPTs and validation activities.

Participants will complete three to four assignments to broaden technical breadth and leadership skills, supported by discipline-specific training to accelerate growth as a future engineering leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related STEM by start date.

Responsibilities

• Join the Engineering Development Program (EDP) and rotate through disciplines to build breadth.
• Interface with instrumentation requestors, assembly/test engineers, CIPTs, and other validation customers.
