Job summary

Blue Origin is looking for a skilled professional in Van Horn, Texas, to join our Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering team. This role involves providing support for innovative engineering solutions aimed at enabling millions of people to live and work in space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instrumentation and Controls, along with extensive hands-on experience in fabrication and installation of control panels and harnesses.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls or Avionics.
• Familiar with electrical schematics and P&ID.
• Demonstrated ability to work with sensors and instrumentation calibration.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work at medium heights.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication, installation, and checkout of control panels.
• Perform mate/de-mate, cleaning, assembly, and testing of harnesses.
• Troubleshoot and maintain low voltage systems.
• Work effectively with a strong work ethic in a dynamic team.
