Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Inspector 2 to join our quality team. You will perform minor inspections on aerospace parts using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, height gages, and GD&T reading, under supervision of the Quality Manager.

Hours are 7:00am–8:00pm, Friday–Sunday, with 4–6 weeks of first-shift training (5:00am–1:30pm) to prepare for weekend work. Royell offers competitive pay, holidays, vacation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minor inspections using standard inspection tools and equipment.
• Ability to read part drawings and process specifications.
• Completion of inspection documentation (e.g., FAI, Acceptance Sampling Reports).
• Enter inspection data into computer systems as required.

Responsabilidades

• Layout and inspect minor parts using drawings and inspection equipment.
• Verify processes against certifications and specifications.
• Complete necessary inspection documentation (FAI, Acceptance Sampling, tags).
• Enter inspection information into the computer system during inspections.
• Read and interpret GD&T and process specs to perform inspections.
