Service Steel Aerospace Corp. in Santa Fe Springs is seeking an Inside Salesperson to support existing customers, identify opportunities for new products, and expand business within the current customer base.

You will respond to inquiries, assist the field sales force, and help generate quotations aligned with pricing strategies. This role involves regular communication with customers, handling quotes, and collaborating with purchasing to maintain stock for long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and understand sales is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer and applications knowledge, including MS Office.
• Data entry skills and familiarity with email and databases.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Analytical skills to assess profitability on bids and transactions.
• Negotiation and decision-making abilities; strong presentation skills.

• Supporting existing customers and exploring opportunities for new products.
• Providing timely responses to customer inquiries.

• Maintaining regular telephone contact with key accounts and prospects.
