Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in business or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or customer-facing environments.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP and business systems for commercial activities.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills for customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support informed decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with engineering drawings or aerospace requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for aerospace customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage inquiry-to-order process from initial contact to order placement.
• Prepare and maintain customer quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Support contract administration, including pricing agreements and logistics documentation.
• Proactively follow up on quotations and new business opportunities to drive revenue.
