Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for an industrial manufacturing and fastener distributor supporting the aerospace and defense market in Grand Prairie, TX. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, technical sales, and exceptional service.

You will prepare quotations, propose solutions, manage inquiries on pricing and lead times, and maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer service in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience with aerospace, defense, military, OEM, or fastener products preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace and military fasteners, manufacturing processes, and technical specs.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and prepare quotations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
