Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Capital Equipment Commodity Manager to own strategy, sourcing, and supplier relations for capital equipment across manufacturing and test operations. You will manage long-lead acquisitions from CNC machines to test infrastructure, coordinating with engineering, facilities, and finance to hit schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of procurement or commodity management experience
• Direct ownership of capital equipment sourcing
• Ability to lead complex high-value sourcing events
• Experience negotiating capital equipment contracts with favorable outcomes
• Able to read and interpret technical specifications for engineering stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the commodity strategy for capital equipment spend across manufacturing, test, and facilities
• Lead sourcing events from requirements to award decisions
• Build and maintain a supplier base for capital equipment categories
• Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and reduce total cost of ownership
• Negotiate contracts including pricing, milestones, delivery, warranties, and parts
