Elitez Aviation Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist to lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect spend categories. The role entails identifying requirements, sourcing, negotiating terms, issuing POs and monitoring supplier performance in a structured procurement process.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop precise procurement specifications, qualify suppliers, and drive cost optimisation initiatives in a fast-paced aerospace/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of hands-on procurement/sourcing experience, preferably indirect.
• Strong experience in RFQ, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.
• Experience managing procurement from requisition through PO and delivery.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and commercial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP R/3.
• Independent, hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities from requirement identification and sourcing through negotiation, PO issuance, delivery and supplier performance.
• Source and qualify suppliers and develop competitive supplier pools.
• Manage RFQ processes including quotation preparation, evaluation, bid comparison, supplier clarification and recommendation.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and develop clear procurement specifications.
• Manage the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier confirmations and deliveries.
• Manage supplier onboarding, performance reviews and supplier database.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, quotations, supplier information and reports.
• Support cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
