Qualifications

• Minimum of three years grinding experience.
• Experience with ID/OD grinding equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to hold tight tolerances on aerospace components.
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, indicators.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ID/OD grinding machines.
• Grind, repair, and finish aircraft and engine components.
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, diagrams.
• Measure and inspect workpieces using precision tools.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances throughout the process.
• Maintain machines and work areas clean and safe.
• Communicate with Leads, Inspectors, and Quality.
