Job summary

PPG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Aerospace Commercial Transparencies Strategic segment. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, align strategies, manage global accounts, and drive value with cross-functional teams across procurement, engineering, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role.
• Aerospace specific industry experience.
• 5+ years in developing and implementing global account strategies.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support global customers.
• U.S. citizenship, Green Card, or eligible status required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global customer and key account strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for select transparency accounts, managing contracts and communications.
• Drive KPIs such as revenue, volume, and earnings; support forecasts and budgeting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, product development, operations and finance.
• Support customer engagement activities including trade shows, seminars, training and events.
• Identify new opportunities; develop quotations and value proposals.
