Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc. seeks a Global HR Business Partner in Aerospace Transparencies & Materials to align talent strategy with commercial priorities.

You will act as strategic advisor to leadership, drive organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning across manufacturing locations in a complex, multi-country setting. You will partner with global B2B sales leaders, shape sales incentives, strengthen S&OP with people plans, and lead change management while developing

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience within matrixed industrial manufacturing organizations.
• Experience partnering with global, matrixed B2B sales organizations, including incentive design.
• Experience shaping talent and culture strategy with measurable value for employees, customers and shareholders.
• Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to work across borders and levels.
• Strong ability to align HR programs with senior leadership and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead global execution of HR strategies and initiatives across complex organizations.
• Partner with B2B sales leadership to shape org models, incentives, and compensation frameworks.
• Strengthen S&OP process with effective workforce planning and organizational alignment.
• Support evolution of the business unit's industrial network through design and change management.
• Drive organic growth by aligning production capacity with workforce planning and capability gaps.
• Develop succession plans by assessing talent across key pools and leadership levels.
• Act as a change agent for communication and implementation of initiatives.
• Develop data, metrics and scorecards to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives with tailored strategies.
