Job summary

PPG is seeking a Global HR Business Partner for Aerospace Transparencies & Materials to advise leadership on talent strategy, organizational design, and engagement. The role emphasizes manufacturing excellence, workforce planning, and change management across locations.

You will partner with global sales leadership, influence incentive design, and drive S&OP-aligned HR initiatives to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience within matrixed industrial manufacturing organizations.
• Experience partnering with global, matrixed B2B sales organizations, including designing and supporting sales incentive plans.
• Shaping and executing talent and culture strategy with senior leadership, delivering long-term value.
• Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to work across borders, functions, and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global execution of HR strategies and initiatives, aligning with enterprise priorities.
• Partner with B2B sales leadership to shape org models, incentives, and compensation frameworks.
• Strengthen S&OP and workforce planning to align with demand and production priorities.
• Support design and evolution of the Business Unit's industrial network across manufacturing locations.
• Drive organic growth by aligning production capacity with workforce needs.
• Develop succession plans with leadership by assessing talent and key pools.
• Act as a change agent for organizational change initiatives.
• Create data, metrics and scorecards to monitor progress.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
