Salary ranges from $99,000 to $125,000 annually; on-site M-F with a typical 2nd shift, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Qualifications include a Bachelor's or HS with extensive manufacturing experience and leadership ability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years manufacturing experience with HS/GED.
• At least 2 years supervising manufacturing teams.
• ITAR: U.S. person required; no sponsorship offered.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Beltsville, MD.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily activities and development of 15–40 hourly employees.
• Lead operations within the integrated process team for safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities with team leads.
• Champion continuous improvement and daily accountability.
• Collaborate with customer account representatives for proactive communication.
• Promote Safety Culture using MESH tools and empower employees.
• Forecast production capacity and participate in monthly financial/operational reviews.
