You will lead a team of 25-35 hourly employees, ensuring safety and quality while driving operational excellence. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing. The expected salary range is $99,000 - $145,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Operations/Manufacturing.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience leading a team or project.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
