Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors at a front desk within an aerospace/defense location by following security procedures.
Manage visitor access: greet guests, verify IDs, issue credentials, direct visitors per site rules.
Monitor entry activity and maintain visitor/access records; report concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols; notify designated contacts as needed.
Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones and assisting with inquiries.
