Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and power systems, seeks a Fleet Manager to lead customer and contract profitability efforts. You will work with Sales, Customer Support and operations to optimize financial outcomes while coordinating engine removal forecasts and global maintenance activities.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of airline operations and engine maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years cross functional teaming experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience solving complex customer and contract problems with financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to host regular alignment with airline customers and manage contracts.
• Drive long-term profitability plans for assigned contracts and manage invoices and cash flow.
• Coordinate engine removal forecasts and maintenance activity with global MRO network.
• Understand contract obligations and negotiate solutions to optimize profitability.
