Job summary

INTERCONNECT SOLUTIONS COMPANY LLC in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Full-Time inspector to perform First Article Inspections (FAIRs) per AS9102 and collaborate with the Quality, NPI and Engineering teams. You will ensure documentation accuracy and timely completion of tasks under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance.

Qualifications

• AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems knowledge.
• Experience with AS9102 FAIRs.
• Ability to read drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiar with IPC standards.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work additional hours as needed.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete AS9102 FAIRs per customer and industry requirements.
• Review documents for accuracy (drawings, specs, travelers, BOMs, supplier certifications).
• Verify FAIRs with inspection gauges, microscope, camera as needed.
• Maintain safe working environment and report hazards.
• Be punctual and adhere to schedule, with ability to work extra hours.
• Meet challenging time targets to satisfy customer demands.
• Other duties may be assigned.
